Head Waiter - Fine Dining Restaurant

The Head Waiter role:

Will report to the Restaurant Manager, the Head Waiter will have responsibility for running shifts in the Restaurant (open breakfast, lunch and dinner).

The Head Waiter will ensure that the restaurant consistently operates to a 2 AA Rosette standard and endeavor to make every meal a 'special occasion' for our guests.

The Head Waiter will motivate and manage a team of staff to ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed. The Head Waiter will play an important role in the achievement of sales within the Restaurant.

The Head Waiter will:

• Be a strong leader and exemplary role model, with a hands-on approach,
• Will have experience of delivering high standards of service, ideally in a 2 rosette restaurant and have a genuine passion for food, wine and people.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner are essential.
