Bar Staff

We're looking for brilliant bar staff and waiting staff to join our team as we head into the busy summer season. The Fleur De Lys is a beautiful country pub set on the banks of the Stratford canal in the tiny village of Lowsonford outside of Henley-In-Arden. We're a small, independent business and we believe that if a third of your life is spent working, you should work somewhere beautiful!

You should have a friendly and outgoing personality that our customers will fall in love with; a productive and proactive attitude; a willingness to get stuck into any task and a great attention to detail.

Some of your duties will include:

• Greeting, seating and serving customers

• Pulling pints, making coffee and pouring the perfect gin (we've got nearly 100 of

  them!)

• Taking orders, making recommendations and ensuring a seamless communication

  between front and back of house

• Making sure the pub is always tidy and in tip-top condition

• Serving food throughout the pub and garden

• Maintaining standards of cleanliness & hygiene

• Ensuring out customers feel like they're in a home away from home

• Talking about pies, all day long...

We've got full and part time hours available immediately and this role would fit well around academic studies and into the summer holidays. Previous bar experience would be a bonus, but if you've worked in a busy retail or service environment before you'll also be able to hit the ground running. Shifts are fluid on a weekly basis and salary is dependent on age & experience, plus fortnightly tips & staff discount.
