Job role of Head Door Host/Hostess:
SUSHISAMBA®/Duck & Waffle are now looking for an experienced Head Door Host/ess to join the team as we approach the Summer season at our European Flagships near Liverpool Street, London.
The Head Door Host/ess is the first and last point of contact our guest face when visiting our venues, this role requires someone who is incredibly dynamic, who has the ability to leave a great first and last impression on each of guests.
The ideal candidate for Head Door Host/ess:
- Previous experience in guest services, reception and concierge in a London 4* or 5* operation is advantageous
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Must be available to work 5 days a week between (Monday - Sunday)
- Excellent English language communication skills are required
- You must thrive on the challenge of always exceeding the guest’s expectations.
- Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance as the first impression of the restaurant
- Ability to multi-task and follow directions
