Sorrel Restaurant, owned by Roux Scholarship winner Steve Drake, is looking for committed and passionate Chef de Rang to join our expanding as the restaurant has been increased in capacity.
Sorrel is a modern fine dining restaurant, serving the very best of British food. The menus constantly evolve to follow and reflect the seasons, creating a dynamic and enjoyable working environment, where food and drink knowledge is developed and broadened.

We are looking for a Chef de Rang/Waiting Staff to be in charge of running a section of the restaurant floor under the guidance of the experienced team already in place.
