We have some new Food & Beverage Host roles available across our London Grosvenor Casinos.

Grosvenor is part of the Rank Group. You may be familiar with us through our iconic brands; Grosvenor Casinos and Mecca Bingo. What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be the face of our Food & Beverage offering, providing exceptional Customer Service and hospitality to our visitors.
• You will greet and welcome customers into the restaurant and bar area, ensuring they have an great experience with us.
• You will be fully familiar with all current promotions, ensuring that the customer is able to make the most of their visit.
• You will, with training, be aware of all compliance with relevant legislation e.g. Liquor License, Weights and Measures etc and will comply with all regulatory provisions in respect of sanitation, food safety and ensure that we promote an environment that encourages responsible drinking.

What we’re looking for:

• If you don’t have experience of working in a bar or casino, don’t worry. We’re happy to train you.
• A great attitude; As a business, we’re all about the Customer Experience, so want to ensure that all of our team members are as passionate about our business as we are.
