Located in the centre of Plymouth, the Seymour Arms is a vibrant community mainstream pub that sits in the heart of student land. It's a newly refurbished and spacious pub which has undergone the benefit from significant investment. We're now looking for the right operator to take this fabulous new look and bring out the best in this fabulous pub business.

The Seymour Arms is a large, open plan trading operation, with a central L-shaped bar serving a lounge bar and a dedicated sports area which has pool tables and darts boards. The kitchen isequipped to cater for up to 30 covers throughout. Free WiFi is provided.

The domestic accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Punch will ensure that this accommodation is in good order.

This pub has undergone a complete refurbishment with new interior and exterior look and feel.

Located just to the west of Plymouth city centre, the pub sits in a large residential area that's within easy walking distance of Plymouth University, as well as the city centre and Drake Circle. A lot of students live in this area, mainly in rented houses and flats.

Ideal for someone interested in a younger student trade, with a love of music and sports. You'll be looking to introduce a fun and a quirky food offer, as well as a craft beer offer alongside the draught range.

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 - 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.

You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Punch Development Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we'll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (3,000 or 6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Punch Development Manager
