Mission Mars, the team behind the award winning food & drink venues such as Albert’s Schloss, Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza and Gorilla, are set to bring their latest Bier Halle & Cook Haus to Liverpool this summer.

The little brother of Albert's Schloss (MCR), Albert's Schenke is set take over the grade II listed building, formerly known as 'The Hub Alehouse & Kitchen'. From Bohemian pilsners & Bavarian weissbiers, local craft breweries, Schnitzels and Schweinshaxes, Albert's Schenke will have it all

Albert's Schenke - First things first 

  • What does Schenke mean? It's German for 'pub' or 'tavern' 
  • Who is Albert? Prince Albert, the Anglo-Bavarian prince and husband of Queen Victoria
  • The 'Bier Halle' - The key feature of Albert's Schenke will be the extensive range of biers
  • The 'Cook Haus' - The food will consist of both a unique and modern take on dishes of Alpine Europe

Who we need

We are looking for a hardworking and energetic individual to take your first step towards a career within hospitality. You will be a vital part of the bar operation keeping our bars running smoothly and Albert's Schenke looking pristine for our guests.
