Assistant Manager - Canbury Arms, Kingston

Pearmain Pubs are looking for an Assistant Manager with a warm and friendly personality to join us at our newly opened pub, The Canbury Arms, Kingston.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be involved in all aspects of running the pub which is an ideal opportunity to gain greater knowledge and experience.  You will be an important part of the team providing a welcoming, attentive and professional service and maintaining consistently high standards.  The role is very hands-on and extremely varied and will develop your skills in people management, food and drink service and day to day financial administration and pub management.

You will possess a passion for quality fresh food and drink and for exceptional customer service.  You will have experience working in a similar high-volume quality operation and get a buzz out of working a busy & lively service.
