The role is ideal for an existing GM working in hospitality seeking a new and exciting opportunity or a career minded AM looking for their first appointment! As a GM for The Snug, you will have the opportunity to input your ideas to make this bar your own, develop your future through training and development opportunities and genuinely work with a company who hold their people at the heart of what they do.
The ideal candidate:
- Has an engaging personality
- Is a strong people leader
- Can build, lead and develop both FOH & BOH teams
- Has a demonstrable ability to manage daily bar operations
- Has a proven ability to build and grow sales
- Has experience managing all lines of a P&L
- Is calm and solution minded
- Is energetic and passionate for the service industry & obsessed with delivering the highest standards
- Has a hands-on, can do, fun loving approach
- Is a confident communicator
