General Manager - New Opening - Covent Garden, London

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic General Manager to run our amazing new site in Covent Garden, opening September 2019.

In the role, you will manage the site and the team, making sure our customers receive absolutely awesome food and service each and every time. You will embody our vision and core values and will instil and maintain this culture in your team.

Working closely with the Club Mexicana Operations Manager, you will grow and lead the team to consistently deliver outstanding food, and customer and team experience. You will take ownership and have control of the site’s P&L, will drive revenue, and will always strive to find better solutions and make the best tacos in London!

You will lead by example and embody Club Mexicana’s values, and you will inspire the team to deliver beyond expectations.

What we’re looking for:

A strong track record of managing busy food outlets

A passion for hospitality – you live for creating memorable experiences for customers and colleagues alike

Budgeting and forecasting experience; a clear understanding of the financial expectations of a successful food outlet.

Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and always maintaining a positive working environment for your team.
