EVENTS MANAGER – THE LANGHAM, LONDON

 

The Langham, London is looking to recruit an Events Manager to join our fabulous team. You will be tasked with looking after residential and non-residential events taking place at the hotel. 

 

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Plan and execute successful events
  • Work closely with client/organiser throughout the process of planning and during the actual event
  • Carry out site visits and menu tastings
  • Prepare BEOs and communicate and work closely with internal departments such as Reservations, Kitchens, Sales etc.
  • Undertake post-event follow-up calls to recognise client support, solicit and address feedback and solicit re-books or other booking opportunities.

    Requirement .
  • Previous experience in events planning within a hotel environment (this is essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task a number of different activities
  • Previous use of Opera and Delphi systems? (this is desirable)
