We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will lead a large team to offer a premium dining experience for our Guests. You’ll be managing shifts in one of our themed restaurants or bars, overseeing the delivery of breakfast, lunch or dinner, or helping to run conference events . It’ll be your responsibility to ensure we have friendly, fully trained team members and spotless surroundings. 

It’s a role to work your magic in; one that will demand a real commitment to staff development and a knowledgeable approach to health and safety. As an integral part of the management team for our Restaurants and Bars, you’ll lead the way in offering a service that goes over and above, every single time. We’ll also look to you to respond to trends in Guest Satisfaction, control stock and deliver projects to produce marketing and sales strategies to help us increase revenue.

We are looking for the following skills and experience;
· Confidence in delivering the highest operational standards and finest guest care, inspiring others to do the same.
· Experience in people management, team training and budget management.
· Experience in working in a large, diverse team and responding to trends in Key Performance Indicators.
· Acute attention to detail to deliver the highest standards of presentation of our restaurants and bars, as well as staff dress and appearance.
· Health and Safety awareness and an understanding of the importance of this.
· A desire to learn and develop in a diverse team.
