Restaurant Supervisor - Bath
Bailbrook House Hotel is recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor for our busy Lansdown Restaurant looking after breakfasts and lunches daily, creating fantastic memories for our guests.
Shifts are 5 days from 7, 6am-7am start. We are located just outside of Bath city centre off the A46, with free car parking and each member of our team receives a share of service charge and tips.
This hands-on role provides direct contact with guests and the opportunity to develop your skills in interactions with both guests and team members.
Competencies of a Restaurant Supervisor:
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
