The Role

The Supervisor is a leader amongst the front of house team and a crucial bridge between other departments as well as senior management. Duties will include;

  • Ensuring service standards to guests are met and exceeded.
  • Making sure the restaurant is maintained and always looking great.
  • Training, developing and coaching floor team members.
  • Briefing the team and then leading the floor service.
  • Supporting managers in opening and closing the business.
  • Managing bar stocks.
  • Assisting with orders and invoicing.
  • Communicating and working effectively with other department managers & supervisors.
