Business facilities

The Princess Royal is an attractive pub with parking available for 5 cars at the front of the building. Customers enter the pub through the front of the building straight into the main bar area. A great space which is well presented and has comfortable seating for both dining and drinking. Here you will also find a dedicated area where the full-sized pool table, dart board, games machine and juke box are in regular use. To the rear of the pub is an attractive beer garden with several tables and children's play equipment. The perfect space for customers to enjoy a cold drink on those sunny days. Access to a well presented, dedicated smoking shelter is at the side of the pub. The double skittle alley is situated to the rear of the pub, this space doubles up as a function room that is regularly used for conferences, private parties and community events. This is a fantastic space capable of seating up to 50 guests.

We are looking for an experienced operator/operators who are passionate about great hospitality and have an enthusiasm for traditional pub team activities. Together with a great personality to build strong and lasting relationships within the local community and the ability to develop a food offer and host local events which drive customers to the pub all year round.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 - 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.

You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have adedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you've completed the 5-day induction course we'll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (3,000 or 6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or an Operations Manager.
