This fantastic, open plan pub has a central bar and a catering kitchen capable of serving up to 60 guests. There are a number of screens located throughout the pub which show all key sporting events throughout the year having both Sky and BT sports available.
Downstairs is there is a dedicated game room with a full-sized pool table and dart board. Through the games room is the entrance to the recently refurbished and extended, 'secret garden'. With brightly coloured bench seating, flower borders and an outdoor TV screen this is the perfect spot for customers to enjoy those sunny days in the London sunshine.

Your domestic accommodation will include three bedrooms, private kitchen and lounge area.

The pub is within easy walking distance from the iconic London venue, Alexandra Palace and near to Coldfall and Highgate Woods making this a great location.

You'll have the peace of mind knowing that the fixed costs associated with running a small business are not yours. Leaving you free to focus entirely on delivering a great retail offer to drive sales and profit.

* The calculation of the initial ingoing costs assumes a minimum deposit (3,000 or 5,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up can be paid over the term of the contract and up to 100 per week. This can be discussed with the Operations Manager.
