Looking for General Manager for the New Unity on London Road after undergoing a change of management after recent major refurbishment.

The pub is historically and currently heavily sports focused and looking for someone who has (at least) a basic knowledge of sport but can simultaenously develop the offering to encompass a variety of activities including craft beer & cocktails, music events, quiz's, comedy, private hire etc. The Live music, DJ and quiz programme has been finalised so duties will include driving these new events. Comedy events are due to start soon too. 

The site itself has huge potential under the right management with room to take ownership of the future direction. 

The right person will have the opportunity to progress fairly quickly with clear career progression into an area manager role for multiple sites. 

As General Manager, your ultimate responsibility will be running the day to day of the pub, alongside leading and managing a small team to run a diverse and friendly offer. The right person will have the drive and enthusiasm to grow and develop the business, championing creativity, community and sustainability with an entrepreneurial streak.

As a General Manager, you're role will be to assist in driving sales, time management, organisation, customer service and operational excellence.

Package 

GM: £28,000 pa including accommodation

Hours may vary at the beginning, but will average approx 45-48 hours per week.
