We are looking for a Barback to join our friendly team to support our bartenders to prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and to provide an excellent 5* experience for our members and guests.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Supporting prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for our members and guests
• Ensuring plenty of clean glassware is available
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Always keep the bar area clean and tidy

• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

Full time hours are 37.5hrs per week

The hourly rate for this role is £8.50 per hour, plus tronc (service charge) which is not guaranteed but generally equates to £1 per hour.
