Cocktail Waitress - Manchester

Gaucho are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Cocktail Waitress to join one of our Gaucho teams! The ideal Cocktail Waitress candidate will be an experienced and passionate bartender or receptionist, with knowledge in cocktails and spirits. They will be able to confidently upsell all the company’s cocktails, and follow the cycle of service.

Key Responsibilities of the  Cocktail Waitress

• Taking food and drinks orders within the bar area and looking after a section
• Clearing and resetting tables and communicating with the Reception team regarding table movements
• Delivering drinks orders to the tables in fitting with the Cycle of Service
• Taking payments for the tables around the bar, and assisting in the restaurant when necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas
• Assisting the bartenders when necessary

Requirements for Gaucho  Cocktail Waitress

• Cocktail and bar experience
• Experience working in a busy environment
• Passion for guest service and hospitality
