Duttons and Rain Bar are now recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join the management team and support with the day to day running our fantastic Manchester City Centre sites.

About the role:

As an Assistant Manager you’ll know how to get the best from your team by offering great service and motivation where needed. This is a great opportunity for a General Manager in the making and although we want you to be yourself it’s key that customer service along with making memorable events is something you are passionate about. You’ll be an expert in communication and know how to work well as part of a team as well as taking the lead and running shifts.

You’ll have previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a similar hospitality or retail role and have confidence in yourself to have the ability to develop to the next level.

The Rain Bar, Manchester City Centre received its notorious name due to one of Manchester’s constant claims to fame; the weather. It’s had a scattered history starting life as a Victorian canal side warehouse, becoming an umbrella factory and until its development was a dry cleaning business.
