General Manager - Surrey

We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join the Topgolf team. You will be responsible for the profitability of the venue and maintaining a strong, values driven culture within the venue population.  

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring KPI’s are achieved in alignment with organisational objectives
• Supporting other department heads in companywide initiatives
• Being a guardian of the guest experience
• To lead, coach and mentor the venue management team
• Showing a strong presence within the day to day operations, sharing experience and insights to all junior leaders and associates
• Critically analyse and monitor all aspects of the Topgolf guest journey

What we’re looking for:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant and leisure industry and relevant experience as a General Manager
• Experience of management of high-volume Food and Beverage operations is essential
• Multi-unit / department management experience
• Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with all departments
• Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
• Experience in Human Resource management, including disciplinary and grievances
