We are currently seeking talented, bright and enthusiastic and hands on managers to join us on our journey.

You will need the following experience

• At least one year as an AGM under your belt
• Experience in a high volume cocktail bar
• A solid understanding of P&L and basic Financial Reporting
• A strong grasp of stock management
• The ability to write a well balanced, budgeted rota for 40 front of house staff
• Experience working with a kitchen team would be of great benefit
