Club Manager Private Members Club.

The club manager will report to the management committee of the club and will work within policies set out by the management committee to direct and oversee all club operations. The specific duties are:

•    developing the business;
•    delivering agreed cost and sales targets;
•    financial planning and monitoring including budgeting and cash management
•    sales and stock reporting and ordering stock;
•    cellar management;
•    management of staff, including training, development, rostering and conduct;
•    ensuring health and safety, hygiene and fire safety standards are met;
•    costumer facing acting as host, overseeing bookings and seeking feedback;
•    marketing and external communication;
•    ensure that the club premises and other fixed assets are maintained in a good state of repair;
•    additional duties required by the management committee from time to time.
