Our Portsmouth Nando's is due to hatch in August 2022 after our refurb, and we're on the search for Front of house and coordinators (what we call our Team Members) to join our team!

You will need to be available to start the as soon as possible where you will complete training in our nearby Nando's for two weeks, (travel for training will be reimbursed) ready for our new opening!

Flexibility is really important for this job role, you need to be available during the day, evenings and weekends, This also includes bank holidays and Christmas!

What you will do in your job role:-

• I make our guests feel valued as part of our family by creating a fun and relaxed environment for them to enjoy.

• Work in a high volume and fast pace, hot environment.

• I give a warm welcome to our guests and make them feel at home.

• I serve customers efficiently at the till - understanding and meeting their needs

• I serve amazing food to Nando's high standards that make our guests feel fired up and wowed by the experience

• I bring amazing food and drink to the table and make sure our customers have everything they need

• I prepare and present food to a high standard on coordination, ( this is a food preparation area, where you will plate food to a high Nando's standard, from fries to salads).

We'll teach you everything you need to know from greeting customers, cleaning down the restaurant and serving the best peri peri chicken. You just need to show us that you're brimming with passion and keen to learn!
