General Manager New Barrio Bar - Covent Garden

Our cocktail Latin bar is searching for a General Manager to run our new Barrio Bar opening in Covent Garden.

This will be our biggest and most entertaining Barrio we've ever opened. 

From a quiet afternoon sipping a margarita and sharing tacos, to shots of tequila and salsa moves. Our bars are an experience of a lifetime! And it is all handled by of our incredible team of managers.

What Barrio needs from a manager:

• At least x3 year’s experience managing a high-volume bar
• Some experience managing a busy kitchen team would be PERFECTO!
• A strong understanding of P&Ls and reporting those important numbers!
• Knowledge on licensing, risk assessments, health & safety. 
• We will be building a large team in this new bar and we need a manager who can monitor a well-balanced rota and manage the bars labour margin. As well as be a coach for large team.
