• Experience: Proven track record in managing pub operations with a comprehensive understanding of business functions.

• Passion for Beer: Enthusiasm for cask, craft, and international beers is essential.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Manage staff, fostering a positive team environment and providing leadership and guidance. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability. Maintain inventory and order supplies, ensuring a wide selection of quality beers and other beverages. Engage with the local community to build relationships and promote the pub.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in pub management or a similar hospitality role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A well-rounded understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and customer service. A genuine passion for the pub industry and a love for great beer.
