Are you an ambitious, independent, and charismatic leader ready for an exciting new venture? Our established, dynamic pub company is seeking a talented manager to spearhead a new location in the picturesque town of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
About Us: We are a family-owned business with a reputation and a passion for creating traditional wet led public houses. Our company values of community, quality, and exceptional customer echoes across our 16 pubs in Warwickshire, Wilshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Suffolk.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in managing pub operations with a comprehensive understanding of business functions.
- Leadership: Inspirational, accepted leader known for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Passion for Beer: Enthusiasm for cask, craft, and international beers is essential.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to think creatively and drive the business forward.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Manage staff, fostering a positive team environment and providing leadership and guidance. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability. Maintain inventory and order supplies, ensuring a wide selection of quality beers and other beverages. Engage with the local community to build relationships and promote the pub.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in pub management or a similar hospitality role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A well-rounded understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and customer service. A genuine passion for the pub industry and a love for great beer.
