The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and vibrant environment for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Lead our talented bar staff, ensuring top-notch service every time.
- Maintain a fun, energetic atmosphere that keeps clients coming back.
- Manage administration for the bar, and bar setup for functions
- Train and mentor, the team, bringing out the best in each team member.
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the bar area paying attention to possible health hazards & regulation violations, which will include opening/closing check lists, daily/weekly clean schedules
- Create effective rotas to ensure the bar is well staffed during peak hours and appropriately staffed during quieter times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Bar Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and ensuring the bar runs smoothly.
- Staff Management/Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Inventory and Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure efficient bar operations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling procedures, track daily sales, prepare reports, and assist in achieving financial targets.
- Promotion: Plan and promote bar events, special offers, and new products to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or hospitality setting.
- Customer Focused: Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering a high-quality experience.
- Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using bar management software and basic financial reporting.
