An amazing opportunity has become available for experienced bartenders to join our family at our brand new, stylish opening, situated in the Manchester Marriott Hale Barns.

Our stunning and brand new bar is currently looking for experienced bartenders who have flair, are engaging with a massive personality, love the theatre of the bar and interacting with guests. 

Role: 

You are the face of Brasserie Blanc – a driven and motivated individual with the knowledge, personality and charisma to give our guests a truly enjoyable start to their experience with every visit. 

Your passion for working with fine wine, top of the range cocktails and high end premium spirits will allow you to educate and impress your customers and peers, while making your bar stand out from the crowd and become "The destination for a quality experrience".
