A little bit about the Fulham store...

We opened our first-ever CPRESS store in Fulham Road back in 2014. Since then, CPRESS went through a long developing journey as a brand, but never compromising with our business core: quality first, great vibes, great food, great service. Developing journey on which the Fulham Road branch played a crucial role, by becoming an institution for all locals seeking for healthy food, organic coffee, fresh juices and friendly vibes.

In practice...

On a day to day base our FoH staff greet people walking in the store, generally speaking they literally guide people through a CPRESS journey, always providing information, support and kindness. Front of House staff are the face of the company, point of contact with our customers. That is probably the most crucial and rewarding role within our stores.

For whom we are looking for…

We are searching for a bubbly and professional Front of House Staff Member, with a fun and charismatic personality to join our crew. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and warm personality, able to professionally engage our guests and build up a strong relationship with them. The ideal candidate will also have great attention to detail, especially when looking after our guest, and a strong and consistent sense of awareness and priority.

Ultimately, as a company we definitely evaluate experience and professionalism. Although, even more we evaluate people personality, attitude, work-ethic. Experience, skills and knowledge, will all be improved with the training (very thorough in-house training); we can’t teach you how to enjoy your work-time!
