THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting a talented and enthusiastic part-time Cellar & Deliveries Supervisor for the iconic Lock Tavern in Camden. The Lock Tavern is a Camden institution with two bars, a roof terrace and a beer garden - it’s the all-round pub that everyone loves with a great selection of beers, fabulous cocktails, and amazing food! And whilst the team like to have fun at work, host amazing gigs, parties and other events, they also have incredibly high standards and want their customers to receive the best service.

As an experienced team member of the venue, you will be incredibly passionate about the hospitality industry and love people. You will be responsible for taking all deliveries, maintaining a clean and tidy cellar, line-cleaning and any other reasonable tasks to help with the successful running of the venue. It’s a very physical role where heavy lifting and manual labour will be required. This position would suit someone that has extensive cellar experience wanting part-time hours (3 days a week) with great progression opportunities within the company.

REQUIREMENTS

· You must have banter and a friendly, outgoing personality

· MUST have previous Cellar experience in a pub or bar

· Confident performing a line-clean

· Previous experience of delivery shifts/accepting a large amount of deliveries

· You thrive in a busy and fast paced venue

· Passionate about hospitality and all things food & drink

· You love to engage with customers

· Hungry to grow and progress your hospitality career
