THE ROLE

Experienced Bartenders – WE WANT YOU!

We are currently recruiting talented and experienced Bartenders for our beautiful and exciting venues across Spitalfields, Camden, Soho and Clapham. Our fabulous menus range from fresh, seasonal British all-day dining to delicious homemade rotisserie chicken and burgers depending on the venue. Paired with our fantastic choices of craft beers, premium spirits and wines or delectable cocktails, our venues welcome you for all occasions and celebrations.

This is an exciting opportunity as rotating bar staff to work across all our venues. As an experienced member of the bar team, you will be incredibly passionate about the hospitality industry and love people. You should have solid cocktail knowledge, enjoy working as a team and be keen to push the boundaries. This role will involve working from a different venue multiple times a week, so our ideal candidate should be very confident, a fast learner and happy to travel to our sites across London.

You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career – become our future Managers as our venue portfolio grows.

REQUIREMENTS

· You must have banter and a friendly, outgoing personality

· Minimum 1 years’ experience working FOH in a busy pub or restaurant

· Strong cocktail knowledge

· Superb customer service skills, you love to engage with customers

· Excited to travel across London and work from a different venue multiple times a week

· You thrive in busy and fast paced venues

· Passionate about hospitality and all things food & drink

· You’re all about team work

· Hungry to grow and progress your hospitality career
