THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Bartenders for our beautiful venue The Ten Bells in Spitalfields. The Ten Bells is a historic and traditional East End London boozer. With the main bar serving the best Guinness in Spitalfields (we even won an award!), there's also a cool first floor cocktail bar and a cosy lounge for private events and meetings on the second floor. It's a busy pub with an incredible atmosphere and lots of locals and tourists coming to visit this 1666 institution.

You should have at least 6 months' experience as a Bartender in a pub or bar and be willing to learn about cocktails. The Ten Bells is a busy pub so you need to work fast, as part of a great team and be happy to get to know our many regulars and locals.

You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career – become our future Managers as our venue portfolio grows.

 

REQUIREMENTS

· You must have banter and a friendly, outgoing personality

· At least 6 months' of previous bartending experience in a busy pub or bar

· Superb customer service skills, you love to engage with customers

· You thrive in a busy and fast paced working environment

· Available to work late nights & weekends

· You’re all about team work

· Hungry to grow and progress your hospitality career
