Little Creatures Brewing was born out of a love affair with hoppy beer and Fremantle was the birth place of our adventure.  We’re about substance over style, where the beer is the hero. Through our venues, we provide a genuine discovery of the product, while giving the opportunity to passionately engage in it.

We’re looking for Team Leaders to join our Little Creatures team and support the daily operations and lead the front of house team serving our customers.  If you lead from the front, have strong people skills and a passion for putting the customer at the heart of everything you do then this challenging and highly rewarding role will provide you with a fun, unique and highly collaborative culture that only comes with working at our incredible Little Creatures Regents Canal (Kings Cross London) venue.

You’ll be leading our dedicated teams that deliver outstanding customer experiences, over delivering on customer expectations and supporting and developing others to be the best they can be.  You’ll be leading the team by example so it’s a professional and fun place to work.  You’ll need experience of working in a similar environment, a proven track record in motivating, leading and managing teams and have a passion for F&B.

Your availability will need to be flexible, to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.  In return, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive reward package and a fantastic place of work, in an amazing location.
