THREE-YEAR AGREEMENT

Like renting your own home, Fuller’s three-year agreement allows you to pay rent in return for running your own pub business. Our fixed, three-year agreement requires you to buy the fixtures & fittings (the inventory), which you can sell on when you leave the business, and also the stock.

  • £8k deposit, including ownership of the fixtures & fittings (inventory)
