Food and Beverage Manager - Milton Keynes

Gymfinity Kids is an exciting and growing gymnastics, ninja and activities centre.

We help kids develop the skills to cope with new challenges, socialise with others, and improve coordination skills by providing a high standard of coaching, a wide range of classes, and a state of the art environment that is fun for all levels and abilities.

Gymfinity Kids are opening a site in Milton Keynes! and we are super excited to announce the launch of a food and beverage area within the club. We are now seeking a Food and Beverage team to lead in the introduction and shaping of a new venture. 

As the F&B Manager you will take the lead on shaping our food and beverage offering, managing the facility and being the master in this area. 

Your role will encompass an end to end service, requiring you to ensure health and safety standards are met, our customers receive the best service, food standards are exceeded and the introduction of the concept to the GK brand is a success. 

You will lead on building and delivering monthly sales, managing costs within budget constraints and be set monthly KPI targets to work towards with the team, adding value though introducing new ideas and efficiency improvements.

Previous management experience within a busy food and beverage environment is required. You will have a valid Food Hygiene certificate. 

You will be someone who can motivate and inspire others, you will have exceptional organisation, flexibility and leadership skills, with the willingness to get stuck in. 

Evening and weekend work will be required as part of a regular shift pattern.
