HIX restaurants are now in their 11th year. Chef, restaurateur and writer Mark Hix opened his first restaurants in 2008 after 18 years at Caprice Holdings as Chef Director. With 4 restaurants, 2 cocktail bars and a guest house spread across London and Mark’s home town of Dorset there are plenty of opportunities to progress and work across other sites in the group. Celebrating the best of British producers, HIX restaurants ethos is great quality seasonal food, cooked simply. These are often showcased at regular events throughout the year from cocktail masterclasses, to carving classes and food & drink pairings. Every year the team organise a charity food festival in Dorset with chef demonstrations and supper clubs.
