Café Attendant Opportunity - St Asaph

The Lyons Holiday Group have an opportunity for a part time employee in their Café bar at the popular Eryl Hall Caravan Park and Country Club in St Asaph.  Hours can be arranged to suit and will include weekend work.  Previous Coffee Shop, Café or Barista experience is preferred but not essential.

In this role you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to holidaymakers and holiday home owners who visit our swimming pool during the summer season. 

In this position we are looking for someone with extremely high standards of presentation both of themselves and also when displaying or preparing food and beverage items.

Ideally you will have a warm, polite personality and be able to build rapport with our guests whilst providing exceptional customer service at all times. 

Responsibilities of Role

• Serving items promptly to guests as they arrive – upselling when able
• Developing rapport with customers whilst offering great customer service
• Cleaning the kitchen, eating and play areas so that they are always spotless
• Operating the till, billing the correct prices and giving out correct change
• Clearing tables promptly and wiping them down in good time to ensure a consistently clean environment once customers have finished
• Bringing food and drink items to customers in a polite, tidy and quiet fashion.
• Full training and support will be given allowing you to settle in quickly and become a valued member of our team.

Previous experience of a similar position would be a real advantage.
