Lyons Eryl Hall is a stunning historic country house style bar and restaurant set within Lyons Eryl Hall Caravan Park. If you’re a strong host and looking to take up a great new role, then look no further.

Reporting to the Group F&B Manager, you will undertake the following duties:

• Full financial responsibility for the F&B operation of the venue

• Responsible for maintaining front and back of house systems

• Ordering and stock control

• Organising parties and events for the caravan owners on the park

• Maintaining very high standards of cleanliness in all areas

• Being hands on wherever possible with all parts of the business

• Developing and motivating a large team of staff

• Autonomous in regard to marketing the venue & generating business

• Passion for the industry is key!
