Marugame Udon provides hand crafted udon bowls, tempura, katsu sandos and beverages from a theatre kitchen, allowing guests to watch as food is prepared.

Our udon noodles are made to order so we are sure our customers are getting the best tasting Japanese food on the planet. 

Made with skillful hands in our open kitchen, our noodles are made daily with just three ingredients, wheat flour, salt and water. We use our intuition rather than manuals, harvesting a deep inner knowledge of the noodle.
