The Pub

This pub is oozing potential, sitting on the busy A5 main road that leads into the village of Betws-y-Coed in Snowdonia National Park. Snowdonia attracts over 10 million visitors each year! Approximately 450,00 of these people will want to climb the iconic mountain. You will attract passers-through, walkers, climbers, scramblers, ramblers, and your beloved locals. We need you to be able to make people from all walks of life feel welcome.

The village is increasingly becoming a hotspot for tourists visiting Llyn Elsie, Surf Snowdonia, Bounce Below, Zip Line and Tree Tops. Betws-y-Coed is especially busy now throughout the Spring and into the Summer months. Your business will meet the need locally for good quality letting rooms.

You will optimise the two main bar areas creating a traditional pub feel whilst respecting the original features. The 10 letting en suite bedrooms upstairs will bring an extra dimension to your bookings throughout the year, the rewards of which you will glean. You will also benefit from the support of a regular pool and darts team.
