We're looking for a dynamic Manager to lead our team and continue to create an awesome atmosphere to work in at our busy store in Merry Hill.

We expect our Managers to have bags of energy, but don’t let that put you off, as leading our busy team here is great fun and incredibly rewarding. We are an independent business, passionate about serving the very best organic, triple certified coffee, and proper, handmade food.

Our Store Managers manage a successful & growing business that delivers fantastic food & incredible coffee, an amazing customer experience. Our Managers help to bring the numbers in & ensure that we are always safe, secure & legal.

You’ll do this through your people, by hiring shiny happy individuals who are proud and interested in making a positive difference to every customers day.

You will champion your team to ensure that SOHO brand standards & high product quality are met & delivered every time.

We want you to feel valued and we provide great training, so you’ll be learning constantly and if you want to progress you’ll know how.
