Assistant Bar Manager - London - Liverpool Street

The SUSHISAMBA® London beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. We are now looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to assist the Bar Manager in supervising and leading all beverage operations across our European Flagship near Liverpool Street, London.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 4 years of Beverage experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Personal License holder
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, similar to SUSHISAMBA®
• Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters / waitresses
• Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Have a willingness to learn and grow within the business
• Ability to maintain and set processes and standards 
• Knowledge of Sake (desirable)
• Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
